Because our products are digital and activated instantly, our refund policy is different from physical goods.

1. Digital Service Notice

All our services are:

Digital

Delivered instantly

Non-physical

Non-returnable

Once an IPTV subscription is activated, it cannot be “returned”.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund only if:

The service was not activated

You were charged by mistake (duplicate payment)

The account could not be delivered

A technical issue from our side prevents activation

Requests must be made within 24–48 hours of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

You changed your mind

Your internet is slow or unstable

Your device is incompatible

ISP blocks IPTV

You entered wrong device info

Subscription already used/activated

Service worked correctly

We are not responsible for customer-side problems.

We strongly recommend testing:

Device compatibility

Permanent ban

Refusal of future service
